In an Existing commercial building Kondivita in Andheri, structural conditional assessment of columns at ground floor. It was intended to adopt appropriate measures to enhance major cracks & concrete cover delamination in periphery of column. The following options of retrofit measures to repair severe cracks by providing steel jacketing technique and FRP at junction of column and beam.
