Project Description
In an Existing commercial building in Mahape, a portion of RCC flat Slab is proposed to be used as server room. It was intended to adopt appropriate measures to enhance slab load to carter to the increased loads proposed be imposed. The following options of retrofit measures to achieve slab capacity enhancement is proposed by providing non prestressed laminate at bottom & top and fibre wrap at end spans of beam. After strengthening load testing by gunny bags is going on.
