Constraints in working on Sea Breeze Building

1. Column C 16 on 3^rd and 4^th floors: The Column comprises of the Car lift area. It has a 2 feet brick wall which is a hurdle in confining the column with Fibre wrap. It is shown below.

2. Column C 8 on 3^rd and 4^th floor has Cube walls and brick walls adjacent to it which will not allow the column to get confined with Fiber Wrap. The photo is shown below.

3. Column C 10 and C5 at 3^rd floor also have walls which hurdle in confinement of column.
