DGC Infrastructure Pvt Ltd had been a vision for him. Being from a business background Shri Rajkumar Sarda ji always wanted to do something great and concrete in life. He had his own family business for a long time which he had made from scratch. His experience and leadership had made the company successful in a very short period of time. He is in true sense an inspiration for each and every person working or associated with the company.
Being from a business family she has seen export, import and trading of various industrial goods from her very childhood. She is well acquainted with all phenomenon of handling business and is an expert for Financial Management. Being a founder Member she had given directions and guided the company throughout its existence.
A dynamic young leader, she had been instrumental in setting up all human resource, initial support funding for the company. She although is a Masters in physiotherapy has all the brain and background for being a successful leader. She had taken many crucial decisions to make the company stand where it is today.
Apart from being a founding member of company he is also presently the CEO and Managing Director of company. He is son of Shri Lalji Rai, who as a father had always given him right values and direction for life. His father is his most valued Inspiration in life.
He completed Graduation and Masters from Penn Engg. College and Sardar Patel Engg. College Mumbai, respectively Both in Civil Engineering. Then he obtained PhD from IIT Powai, Mumbai. Since then he has been involved in civil industry especially in Repairs and retrofitting of structures. He used his PhD thesis on “Instantaneous and Long-Term Performance of Externally Prestressed Beam and Joints” & introduced laminate Pre-Stressing in the Indian market which is today widely used.

Some highlights of his professional experience.
- He played key role in organizing many grand workshops such as WSRR at IIT Bombay and Workshop on construction chemicals with FICCI and Govt. Of India.
- He is a lecturer and visiting faculty at many colleges and institutions such as IIT Madras, SPCE. He has also presented his work in more than 60 seminars and conferences He has published many papers in journals & magazines like ACI, ICJ, ISSE.
- He was involved in formation of Association of Structural Rehabilitation, ASTR which have more than 1000 members over india including great academicians and experts. As a part of it he has organized many Seminars and lectures related to Repairs and Rehabilitation of Structures.
- He has been working in committee’s for design code development of Composites (ACI 440-2002). He recently became part of Indian Standards codes formation committee for repairs and rehabilitation.
